The meal starts with a 3-item appetizer platter, followed by a mouth-watering salad of seasonal vegetables and steamed chicken with a rich sesame dressing.The combination of five specially selected sashimi dishes, salt-grilled blackthroat seaperch, and the finest grilled Murakami beef and seasonal vegetables is truly supreme.The meal is completed with taro tempura wrapped in silver salmon and rice cooked in a clay pot with snow crab and salmon roe, and ends with a sweet treat.
